What we do
We value depth over breadth. We do four things well, and we'll tell you when you don't need any of them.
Separately managed accounts at Interactive Brokers. Non discretionary, you authorize every transaction. We monitor, recommend, and execute.
A full plan, cash flow, retirement, education, estate, charitable, and tax aware investment design. Delivered in writing.
An hour, a quarter, or a year, recurring engagements at a cadence that suits your life. Plan, portfolio, and tax review in one.
Have a 401(k), a deferred comp plan, or concentrated stock at another custodian? We'll consult on it without taking custody.
Our philosophy
You speak directly with the adviser who manages your account, not a 1 800 line. Decisions are made together, in writing.
Geopolitical, economic, fundamental, technical, and cycle analysis are weighed together to build a position thesis.
Our research approach draws on the value discipline of Benjamin Graham and the growth methodology of William O'Neil. References to these methodologies describe our process, not a promise of results.
Macro frames the menu. Industry sharpens the choices. Security selection is where the work is, and where we spend the time.

What we’re watching
Commentary, not a recommendation. For informational purposes only.
Reviewing relative strength of high quality balance sheets versus growth at any price names heading into late cycle.
Watching the shape of the Treasury curve and what it implies for duration risk and credit spread positioning.
Building a framework for measuring when tokenization adds liquidity, transparency, or operational efficiency to a mandate.
Tracking trade policy, energy supply, and central bank coordination as inputs to portfolio scenario analysis.
The themes above are general market commentary prepared by US Wealth Management Advisors, LLC. They do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice, and do not represent a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Forward looking views are subject to change without notice and involve risks and uncertainties; actual results may differ materially.

Our city
We work from a Fifth Avenue landmark, a few blocks from Bryant Park and a short ride from the floor of the Exchange. A sense of place, and of permanence.

c. 1917Our home
A classical limestone landmark at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street, an address tied to American finance for more than a century. The setting suits the work: measured, deliberate, and built to last.

Why USWMA chose to remain principal-led and Manhattan-based, and what proximity to the institutional market actually means for an independent adviser.

Most portfolios are not built from a blank slate. They inherit positions, tax basis, and concentrated holdings. Diversification, properly understood, works inside those constraints.

Form ADV is the most useful disclosure document a prospective client can read about an adviser. A short field guide to what is in it and what to look for.
